Governor Martin O’Malley launched the Smart,
Green & Growing initiative; Marylanders Plant Trees, that encourages
Maryland citizens to plant 50,000 trees by 2010. Trees are an important
natural resource, protecting water quality, cleaning our air and providing
wildlife habitat. Planting trees reduces our impact on climate change,
preserves our landscape and restores the Chesapeake Bay.
We are excited to be one of the participating Garden Centers in Marylanders
Plant Trees. We have an extensive selection of trees and can assist you
in selecting the right tree for the right spot. Ask us for assistance
with all your tree planting needs. Here’s how the program works:

We are open 7 days a week, with expanded spring hours. (We’ll have
coupons at our Garden Center too). Coupon must be completed at time of
tree purchase. Select a tree that is included in program and save $25.00
at the time of purchase. To receive the discount, the tree must cost at
least $50.00. The coupon may be used only for trees purchased and planted
in Maryland. There is NO maximum number of coupons per customer, but only
one coupon per tree. Coupons valid from April 1, 2009 through November,
2009 (date subject to change by State). Coupon cannot be combined with
other coupons, discounts or bonus bucks. Tell your neighbors, family and
friends about this great program for all Maryland citizens.
